Healthwatch Bristol, North Somerset & South Gloucestershire Business Development Strategy

January 2022 to August 2022

I worked with HW BNSSG to review their policies and documentation to review how they compared to the Healthwatch Quality Framework and their contract.

I provided a report to the board with good practice and areas for improvement, and then undertook a series of workshops with a board sub-committee to develop a Business Development Strategy, integrating codesigned SWOT and PESTLE analyses.
