Healthwatch Brent Co-production Strategy Workshops

September 2022 to March 2023

The Healthwatch Brent Advisory Group want the team to work more closely with communities in a co-production way. As Interim Lead at the time, whilst we recruited a new permanent manager, I organised a series of workshops with the Advisory group including:

• Stakeholder mapping

• Reviewing data and engagement

• Evaluating projects and priorities so far

• Agreeing key components of new strategy
