Local Healthwatch Training on Scrutinising Equalities Impact Analysis

March 2021 to March 2022

Working with The Consultation Institute and Healthwatch England, I wrote and delivered training for Local Healthwatch staff on scrutinising Equality Impact Analyses, and what is good practice in developing them and complying with the Public Sector Equality Duty.

The training was delivered four times in the year and enabled staff in over 30 Local Healthwatch to better scrutinise local equality analyses.
