Working through the Consultation Institute, between January and May 2023, I undertook 14 interviews with stakeholders to inform the agenda for a risk assessment workshop with the Humber and North Yorkshire Integrated Care Board.

I worked with colleagues in Hico to assist Caerphilly Council to enagge with services users and carers to co-produce how services will be delivered in the future. I supported the engagement planning and reviewed models in other areas and neighbouring councils to give potential methods for Caerphilly.

With the Consultation Institute I worked with Essex Council between February and June 2021 to co-host 4 workshops to understand how a range of internal departments in the council deal with consultations and their input on a new consultation and engagement protocol for the council.

Working with The Consultation Institute I worked with Leicestershire County Council between February and May 2021 to deliver a bespoke tCI Consultation Charter training workshop.

Working through the Consultation Institute, I provided advice on GP service changes and meeting the equality sector duty between March and June 2021

I worked with The Advocacy Project in Autumn 2021 to provide an independent investigation of a complaint from a service user. The complaint had progressed to board level and I provided a report that investigated the issues raised by the service user in their complaint appeal.

The service user had complex mental health needs and was highly vulnerable. They wanted to work over the phone so I interviewed them a number of times over the phone, gathered evidence for their claims in their appeal and provided a full report and timeline to The Advocacy project Board.
