Healthwatch Surrey Volunteer Strategy Engagement September 2021

I undertook engagement with Healthwatch Surrey volunteers to inform the refresh of the Volunteer Strategy by the staff and board.

I interviewed 16 volunteers and provided a report to the board with the key themes of my discussions with them on their experiences, with proposed impacts on the strategy.
