Interim Lead Healthwatch Oldham March to September 2024

After the departure of the CEO, I was Interim Lead for HW Oldham, working with the team, board and stakeholders.

The team were all local and very experienced and so I was able to do the work fully remotely.

I implemented polices and procedures and developed project management methods.

I was able to attend most strategic forums with the NHS and local authorities remotely.

I also met regularly with HW Greater Manchester to ensure Oldham contributed to GM strategy and work.
