National Tenants Voice

Embedding tenant voice in national systems change

I worked with The Health Creation Alliance in 2024 to help develop Tenants at the Table, a national initiative focused on strengthening tenant voice and influence within health, housing and wider public systems. The work centred on co‑designing engagement approaches with tenants themselves, ensuring lived experience shaped both the model and the recommendations. My role included supporting workshop design, facilitation, synthesis of insight, and translating lived experience into system‑level learning that organisations could act on. The project demonstrated how meaningful tenant leadership can contribute to healthier communities when power is genuinely shared.
